  • Minute Minisites offers a 15-day return policy. A return applies only in the situation where the software does not perform on the customer's web server or hosting provider. In order to be eligible for a return, the Customer must allow Minute Minisites to install the software or oversee installation on customer's server and perform appropriate testing and verification before the 15th day after purchase.
  • Failure to do either of the above listed actions will result in a forfeiture of the 15-day return policy.
  • Verification of End-User's Claim: Minute Minisites reserves the right to verify the end-user's refund request in the event that the issue is related to server-incompatibility.
  • Refunds After 15 Days: No refunds will be issued after 15 days, regardless of whether they meet the above listed specifications.
  • Removal of Software: Before a refund is issued, the end-user must remove all copies of the software from both local computers and web servers. In the event that the program is used following a refund being issued, your credit card will be charged without notice for the price of the product.
  • Requesting a Refund: All refunds MUST be requested by email.

  • In the event that any section of this end-user agreement is unclear, Minute Minisites requests that the end-user contact us directly using the "Contact Us" menu link to clarify any remaining questions.
  • If a user is found to be sharing access to this site (for example, access through an unusually high number of multiple IP addresses), the software or videos (for example via file sharing protocols, black-hat forums, etc), or duplicating any part of this software beyond their personal use (per license restrictions), Minute Minisites reserves the right to terminate user's account without recourse or refund and blacklist the account from any future purchases or upgrades. If you think that sucks, don't buy it.
